About Randoli

Randoli's founders spent years at Red Hat working with large-scale enterprise customers, where observability was a key infrastructure pillar. That work exposed a structural problem in how the industry bills for it. Every vendor, from Datadog to New Relic to Splunk, charges based on data ingestion. That means you pay per byte, whether the data is useful or not.

We built Randoli to flip that model on its head. Process telemetry locally. Extract signals. Send only the insights that matter. Pay for what you use, not for raw volume.

Our Principles

Signals Over Ingestion

The value of observability isn't in collecting every event. It's in the actionable insights. We process where your data lives and send only the signals that matter.

Open Standards

We're built on OpenTelemetry and Perses, not proprietary formats. You choose your instrumentation. You own your data schema.

Data Sovereignty

Raw logs and traces never leave your environment. Your sensitive data stays under your control. We process insights, not raw streams.

Cost Transparency

Per-host, per-hour pricing. No surprise bills from unexpected data volumes. Know exactly what you'll pay upfront.

Our Team

Randoli is built by a team spread across five countries: Canada, Brazil, Sri Lanka, India, and Hong Kong.

We work across time zones because the best engineers, architects, and problem solvers aren't concentrated in one city. We built our culture around that from day one instead of retrofitting it later.

That distribution shapes how we work. Documentation replaces hallway conversations. Async communication is the default, not the exception. Decisions get written down so a teammate nine time zones away can pick up exactly where you left off.

It's the same discipline we ask customers to bring to distributed systems, applied to how we run the company. If you're evaluating a vendor for infrastructure you depend on, a team that already runs this way day to day is worth knowing about.
